Here is a great tract that is almost all open. This is a great place for a mini farm. I had a friend that used to keep his horses here and the grass grew like wildfire. They bail a ton of hay off of this track every year. It has some trees in the very back and has a spring house for water with a creek that runs across the back of the property.
